Clear, current visibility into your true profit margins.
For Shopify, Amazon and eBay sellers doing $50k to $300k+ a month: Ledgize builds the financial infrastructure and delivers the executive-level advisory you need to see, and trust, your real numbers after fees, ad spend, and marketplace payouts.
Your books say one thing. Your bank account says another.
Most multi-channel sellers aren't short on data. They're short on numbers they can trust.
Margins that hide the truth
QuickBooks Online shows a number, but it isn't net of marketplace fees, ad spend, and returns. The "profit" on your P&L rarely matches what actually lands in the bank.
Books that don't reconcile
Amazon settlements, Shopify payouts and eBay payouts each hit your bank on their own schedule, in their own lump sums, leaving books that are technically "done" but not actually accurate.
No real-time read on cash
By the time month-end close tells you where you stand, the decisions that mattered (inventory buys, ad budget, hiring) already happened without that information.
We don't just do your bookkeeping. We build your financial infrastructure.
Ledgize is built specifically around how e-commerce revenue actually works, not adapted from generic small-business bookkeeping.
Breaks down every Shopify, Amazon and eBay settlement into clean, accrual-accurate revenue, fees, and payouts.
Your subscription, in your name.
The system of record, configured specifically for multi-channel margin visibility, not a generic chart of accounts.
Your subscription, in your name.
Removes manual data entry from the process, so the books stay current without a backlog of receipts and invoices.
Provided and paid for by Ledgize.
Works with: Shopify, Amazon and eBay sales channels, A2X for settlement data, and QuickBooks Online as the ledger. Not currently supported: WooCommerce stores and Xero or Sage ledgers.
A structured, not arbitrary, process
Every engagement starts with a structured evaluation of your current financial setup: data quality, channel complexity, reporting needs, and advisory readiness. The plan we recommend is based on where your business actually stands, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Built for e-commerce specifically
Marketplace settlement timing, COGS by channel, ad spend allocation, and true landed-cost margin aren't edge cases to us. They're the default assumption behind every system we set up.
Three tiers, built for where your business is today.
The ranges below give you a starting point. Your tier is set by a complexity score across four areas: sales channels, payouts and payment processors, inventory operations, and reporting needs. Your exact rate is confirmed on a call.
Founding Client Offer: Our first three clients get 20% off their monthly retainer for the first two months, in exchange for a short testimonial and permission to share anonymized results. Ask about it on your Free Books Health Check.

Book Your Free Books Health CheckBuilt on deep e-commerce accounting expertise, not a generic playbook.
Ledgize was built around one specific problem: e-commerce sellers on Shopify, Amazon and eBay are consistently underserved by generalist bookkeeping. Marketplace settlement mechanics, multi-channel reconciliation, and true landed-cost margin calculation are specialized problems, and most firms treat them as an afterthought.
Ledgize was founded by Ali, an A2X-certified bookkeeper and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor who works exclusively with Shopify, Amazon and eBay sellers. He spent close to a year studying how marketplace payouts, fees, refunds and sales tax actually move through a seller's books, and built Ledgize's full operating system before taking on a single client. Ledgize takes on a limited number of sellers on purpose, so each one gets books they can trust and a clear view of their real margins.
Every engagement stays a direct relationship with the person doing the work: no account managers, no offshore data-entry team, no hand-offs between people who don't know your books. That's how the specialization above gets applied to your specific numbers, not fit into a template built for a different kind of seller.
A few things sellers usually ask.
What if I already have a bookkeeper?
Many sellers we talk to already have someone handling basic data entry. The gap is usually the systems layer underneath it: whether marketplace settlements are actually reconciling, and whether the reports reflect true margin by channel. Your Free Books Health Check will show you exactly where that gap is, if there is one.
How do I know my books will be handled correctly?
Every engagement starts with a structured evaluation of your current setup rather than guesswork, and the same reconciliation process applies at every tier. If something in your books doesn't reconcile, you'll hear about it directly, not months later at tax time.
Do you prepare or file my taxes?
No. Ledgize delivers clean, tax-ready books every month, and your finalized financial statements are handed to your own CPA or tax preparer for filing. We also don't physically manage inventory: inventory figures come from your own inventory management system.
Which software will I need to pay for?
For your accounting, only QuickBooks Online and A2X. Both stay in your name, so you keep full ownership of your books and data. AutoEntry, which we use for bill capture, is owned and paid for by Ledgize and included in your fee.
