These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ledgize.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms cover use of the website only. Any actual engagement for bookkeeping or advisory services is governed separately by a signed engagement agreement and statement of work.

Informational purposes only

Content on the Site, including descriptions of services, process, and the Free Books Health Check, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon as such. No advisor-client relationship is formed by browsing the Site or booking a call through it.

The Free Books Health Check

The Free Books Health Check described on the Site is offered at no cost and with no obligation to purchase further services. Ledgize reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether a prospective client is a fit for its services following the Free Books Health Check.

Pricing

Because engagements are scoped individually, the Site publishes rough pricing ranges, including for tiers not yet launched, rather than exact rates. The specific rate for your engagement is confirmed on a call and is not binding until reflected in a signed engagement agreement. Pricing for tiers not yet launched is subject to change before that tier becomes bookable. Each engagement also includes a one-time Systems Implementation and Architecture fee, and any required cleanup or catch-up work, both quoted separately after the Free Books Health Check. Once engaged, your business's complexity is reviewed every six months, or sooner after a material change such as a new sales channel, a new payment processor, or a move into a 3PL. If that review places you in a different tier, your fee is adjusted at the next billing cycle.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and design of the Site are the property of Ledgize unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false or misleading information when booking a call or emailing us
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site

Third-party links

The Site may reference third-party tools and platforms (such as A2X, QuickBooks Online, AutoEntry, Shopify, Amazon, and eBay). Ledgize is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ledgize is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ledgize is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Ledgize has not yet completed formal business registration; this section will name a specific jurisdiction once that registration is complete.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
